Refund policy

Customers may request an order cancellation only before the order has been shipped. Once an order has been processed, packed, or handed over to our shipping partner, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order details. We will make every effort to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been dispatched.

In the event that a cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout. Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days, depending on the payment provider and banking institution.

Orders placed using promotional offers, discount codes, or special campaigns are also subject to this cancellation policy.

Envomen reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion in cases including, but not limited to, product unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, suspected fraudulent activity, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, customers will be notified, and a full refund will be issued where applicable.
